If you are looking to explore beautiful Warwickshire and all it has to offer or if you just want to relax surrounded by wonderful countryside, the Bower is the perfect retreat for your time in Shakespeare's county. Stylishly furnished the Bower has a spacious vaulted living room with floor to ceiling windows that open at the touch of a button, a dining area and kitchenette, two double bedrooms (one with a super king bed and one with twin beds) and a large wet room. You will enjoy glorious views of the surrounding countryside and spectacular sunsets from the terrace. There are many lovely walks and cycling routes to enjoy and Warwick and Warwick Castle are just 10 mins away by car, while historic Stratford Upon Avon (Royal Shakespeare Theatre) and Royal Leamington Spa are just 20 minutes by car. Birmingham Airport and the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) are also within 20 minutes drive. Other attractions include: to the North - Cadbury World (30 mins), Lego Discovery (50 mins); to the South - the Cotwolds with its many charming villages and towns including Broadway, Burford, Moreton in Marsh and Chipping Campden (40 mins), Diddly Squat Farm and Daylesford are 40 mins, Cheltenham Racecourse 50 mins. There is also a convenient train station in the village and Warwick Parkway (trains to London and Birmingham) is just 10 mins down the road. The Bower and its terraces are for the sole private use of guests. Inside the Bower is all on one level. There is one step up from the drive into the front door and one step down from the back door to the lower terrace. While the Bower is for the use of guests the hosts live next door in the farmhouse and are available for any questions or issues that may arise. The hosts have two friendly dogs that may come and visit you from time to time. There is a tennis court that is available upon request (rackets and balls not provided). Infants and children must be supervised at all times. There is a pond in the garden which is fenced off. However, precaution must be taken with children and the hosts cannot accept any responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur. One well behaved dog by agreement with the hosts for a small extra charge.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to St. Peter's Church. The cottage offers a patio and a Smart TV.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please strip any beds used and leave dirty sheets on the chair in each bedroom. Used towels to be left on floor in shower
Please empty all rubbish bins and take to the bins around the side of the Bower. Fridge and freezer must be emptied and all washing up taken care of.
Please close all windows and lock all doors. Keys to the property to be left with owners at the main house or in the owners mailbox located on the wall by their porch.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
