Make yourself at home in this 4-bedroom, Wasaga Beach townhouse. Built in 2014, Sunset Beach House is bright, stylish and comfortable and just steps from a sandy beach with a shallow water entry. The condo is beside Ontario Provincial Beach Area 5, a large family-friendly, wooded area with washroom facilities, a playground and beach access. We cater to families and mature adult groups.

Enjoy the waterfront view and stunning sunsets from the terrace-walkout balconies on every 2nd and 3rd floor room. Blue Mountain can be seen across the bay. The townhouse is approximately 2,300 sq ft with 9ft ceilings and unique art work throughout. It was refurbished with new furniture, beds, leather sofas etc. in 2021. There are 3.5 bathrooms, two fully-equiped kitchens, two dining areas and two living areas. The 3rd floor, north facing terrace has a comfortable patio set.

Sunset Beach House is ideal for two families with sleeping space for 10. The 4 bedrooms include two king suites with walk-in closets and en suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Children will love the large comfortable log bunk bed and adults will appreciate the comfortable foam bed mattresses and heated floors. Executive office chairs and computer tables are located in both master suites plus there's an additional temporary desk and office chair. There's also high speed internet/wifi, four 50-inch flatsceen televisions with Rogers Ignite, allowing you to stream Netflix, Crave, YouTube etc.
All amenities such as grocery stores, pharmacy, LCBO, etc. are just a few minutes away. Nearby are trails, bike paths, mini golf, canoe and jet ski rentals and Go Karting. It's a 15 min drive to Collingwood and 20 min to Blue Mountain Village, where they have skiing in the winter, zip lining, mountain biking, and golfing in the summer.
We follow all safety protocols and are inspected annually by the Fire Department. All linens and towels are provided and there is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Supplies such as toilet paper, soap and shampoo are provide to get you through first couple days
