Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Return the keys
Return all provided items (key, fob, etc.) to the front desk concierge upon departure. If any item is not returned, replacement fees for the missing items will be charged.
Empty the fridge/dispose of all trash properly using the chutes on each floor. Our cleaning staff will address all bed linens and towels after departure. Leave apartment in same condition as arrival.

Exactly what we wanted for our sight-seeing trip, from the reception of the friendly and helpful concierge to the lovely, comfortable, and spotless apartment and beautiful common areas. Incredibly convenient by train to all the DC sites, while providing a quiet and tranquil home environment to return to at the end of the day. Highly recommended!
