It includes 3 Bedrooms, 5 beds (1 king, 1 queen, 2 full beds, and 1 queen-sized and 1 full sized sofa bed in the living room), and 2 full bathrooms that come with amenities such as towels, wash clothes, shampoo, condition, a hairdryer, and more. This is an excellent property to stay at and I'd definitely recommend it to others. The owner is extremely helpful and communicative and even called us to make sure we'd arrived safely with no issues. This is a multi-unit house, but the rental has a private gated entrance on the side of the house. Extremely clean and welcoming. They even provided water bottles, milk, orange juice, cereal, coffee, etc. which was so unexpected and appreciated. Not to mention they also provided nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. We had an amazing stay thanks to this awesome rental.

Our goal was to spend time viewing the capital and surrounding memorials and to have a stay location near enough to drive to. This home fit that criteria. Although the property is a bit dated, it was clean and very spacious. We had plenty of room to spread out with the grandchildren, and it was nice to have a large dining room table at which we could all sit. The cereal and milk was a welcome surprise (and a grandchild pleaser). Communication with the host was easy, making check-in a breeze. I will definitely bookmark this property for the next time we travel to Silver Spring to visit family.

Great base for touring DC

Introducing our granddaughter to the Smithsonian museums, this was close enough for easy access and far enough away to relax. Definitely a venue we'd love to book again for the next grandchild.

Family Vacation in Washington DC area

This home was a nice place for our family to stay in the Washington DC area. The Silver Springs location is close to the Beltway, 16th Street, and the Silver Springs Metro stop making getting to DC attractions easy.The owner communicates very well. My wife has several allergies and the home was cleaned well and my wife had no issues during our stay.

great stay for a large group

There were seven of us staying in this house and it worked out super well! The kitchen was adequately stocked (we had to improvise a little but were able to cook two large family dinners). We really appreciated the large dining table and the porch. Beds are comfy. I was appreciative of the iron. Noteworthy without judgement: the beds in the double room are very squeaky, also we could not figure out which remote to use with the TV and had to navigate via the buttons.

Recommended. This was as described - in and of itself always a big plus - and the host was responsive and a pleasure to work with. Those 2 elements alone make this a place I would return to stay. The amenities are high quality and better than many rentals. We used all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Everything was clean and worked wonderfully. It checks all boxes.

Great communication from our host, the extra groceries were a nice surprise. House was very clean, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Washington D.C., a lot nicer than a cramped hotel room!

Great Location
