This home is set up for short and long term stays. Most people that book the home stay for lengthy periods of time. There is a full size washer and dryer, a full size refrigerator and 5 large smart televisions.

🔹 No Parties & No Smoking – Gatherings or parties are strictly not allowed. Any smoking or drug use, inside or around the property will result in an immediate cancellation with no refund.

🔹 Guest Limit & Age Requirement – The property has a strict occupancy limit. Guests must be 25 years or older unless otherwise approved in advance. Families with children under 25 are always welcome. Any extra guests must be authorized before check-in.

🔹 Security Measures – For safety purposes, exterior security cameras are in place. Rest assured, no cameras are installed inside the home.

Had a great stay. Communication was great. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Very comfortable and clean. Great location too. Costco and Starbucks just outside the complex.
