Place the garage key + pool key on the front entry table. There is a replacement fee if these are lost during your stay; Please make sure all furniture is moved back to its original location
Please set the AC to 76 degrees both upstairs and downstairs before leaving (April- Sept)
Start a load of towels (if you can!) & place all used towels by the washing machine; Throw away any food and trash in all rooms; Please start a load of dishes (if used); lock all doors and windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
