The restaurant has a very limited breakfast menu, food was not great and the servers seemed annoyed. The parking situation is crazy because they say they don’t have parking, but once I pushed them about parking they then disclosed they have a partnership with the parking garage down the block. Why weren’t they telling us this from the beginning?? It makes no sense. Then they have a $40 urban fee that they don’t explain well at all. I didn’t understand what it was until my fiance went down to learn more. It ultimately was fine because you get 15% off of breakfast, items from the bodega shop, waters, discounted capital bike rides and a few other things but the person checking me in didn’t explain anything. Overall would stay again because the location to capital one arena was great.

Great location. Very nice hotel. Restaurant and Bar had a very nice atmosphere. Unfortunately the food lacked variety and taste. It was mediocre at best however the drinks were good. Attempted to attend a wine night in the rooftop bar but they were not “set up” on time and very unorganized

Staff was amazing at checking; the room was fantastic! The location of the hotel is a major plus within walking distance of the Capital One Arena. The hotel had many offerings and amenities. I would definitely stay at this property again whenever I find myself in DC in the future.

Originally had booked a stay at Arlo D.C. in their King bed room with a city view. Checked into the hotel and as we were inspecting our room, we noticed stains on the sheets. After calling guest service and notifying them, they gave the option of having new sheets or to change to the room next door. We changed to the room next door and the floor had multiple mysterious reddish/brown stains on the carpet. We reported this again to guest service and they were more than accommodating. They complimentary upgraded us to the Studio King room where the room was spotless and the view was amazing. The staff was more than helpful and always kind when asking them questions. The hotel is in a great location if you don't mind a mild walk - we didn't walk anywhere for more than 30 minutes, and we were able to see everything we wanted to in DC!
