The stay at the hotel was great! There were a couple things at your location that I’ve never seen before like using the room keycard to access the elevator. The only minor issue that we had with the room would be the pillows. They’re very soft and offer little support but other than that, no complaints at all.

Not worth the cost

This hotel is overpriced. It’s got a great lobby and good service outside of the restaurant. The food and service at the restaurant was mediocre - they really wanted us to order alcoholic drinks and weren’t that interested otherwise. The food was bland. This is a place with a “resort fee” like everywhere now, where they try to hype all these inclusives that would otherwise be free - a gym, a workout app (just use your own or YouTube?), a 15% or $15 discount off of food - we heard both, etc. The rooms were fairly basic. Not worth the money.

The hotel is fairly new and very modern with gorgeously decorated public spaces and the room we had. I would have liked a little more counter top space in the bathroom and in the room- there is ledge beneath the tv which in most hotels has a dresser to lay things out on. The ledge holds only the tv remote. The tops of the bedside cabinets are similarly very narrow - big enough for only a phone and nothing else. I like to spread out so was bothered by the smallness of those spaces. The room was large though ( two queen beds) as was the bathroom, which was just beautiful. The staff at the front desk and the bodega and restaurant were super helpful and friendly. The location is central for museums and other sightseeing but doesn’t have a lot of dining options within walking distance. The roof deck and pool are not open to everyone. I wanted to see them but my room key (which you also use to access the elevators) wouldn’t let me go to the roof. Odd. I did love the beauty of the decor and the overall cleanliness throughout and would stay there again.

This is a really nice hotel. I was very happy with my room, it was spacious and clean, we had the terrace queen and the little outside area is a nice touch. Everything feels high end at this property but for reasonable rate. All the common areas are classy and sophisticated without feeling stuffy, the staff are helpful and friendly. The parking across the street at the parking garage is reasonable for the city and convenient, and there’s not much need for your vehicle because there is a lot to see and do in walking distance. I would definitely stay at Arlo again.

Beautiful hotel! So happy I found this gem. Walkable to museums, restaurants, cafes. Parking across the street in garage that seemed very safe. Very clean hotel- rooms clean and modern. Quiet rooms- slept like a dream. Loved this hotel. Will be staying again.

Rooms are very comfortable. Different window coverings should be considered. Our room was 942, it was not convenient to have the shades up for day light and to get dressed. The restaurant was quite good with excellent service.

Decent hotel

We booked a "city view" room but the view was the street and building next door. The cafe in the lobby had pretty good food and drinks. The bar upstairs had a fun vibe but drinks were pricey at about $20 each. The location was nice at about 1/4 mile from the metro. We asked for fresh towels one evening because they didnt clean our room but the towels never came. Overall, it was a decent hotel but not outstanding.
