1. Guest Registration & ID
All guests are required to submit a valid photo ID at least 24 hours before arrival. This helps ensure safety and a smooth check-in process for everyone. A secure link will be provided for easy upload. Check-in Instructions will be shared after.

2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is anytime after 4:00PM.
Check-out is by 10:00AM.

3. Quiet Hours & Gatherings
Please keep things low-key between 10PM and 8AM. Parties and unregistered guests are not permitted per building policy.

4. Pets
No pets are allowed in the unit. A $500 fee applies for any unauthorized animals.

5. Smoking
This is a smoke-free unit and community. A $1,000 fee applies for any in-unit smoking.

6. Fobs & Parking Pass Replacement fees apply if lost:
• Fob – $200
• Parking Pass – $300

7. Noise Decibel Detector
• If this is removed from the mount, a minimum of $500 fee applies. Our building requires this active during all parts of your stay

8. Heating & Cooling
The building manages heating (October–May) and air conditioning (June–September).
