Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Bag up all trash, unplug tea lights, and turn off the grill gas tank on the rooftop deck.
Bag up all trash from the rooftop deck and interior of home and take to dumpster in the rear of neighborhood. Exit front door to the left. Do not use dumpster in neighboring community to the right.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
