Beautiful fully renovated home features luxury furnishings and a gourmet kitchen. The large master bedroom is situated on its own floor featuring a full-sized master bathroom, his and her closets, laundry, office and patio. The top floor consists of 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. In the rear is privately secured off-street parking, that can be accessed through the common hallway after entering the property. Home is located a short walk from H Street and mins from EVERYTHING!

The kitchen, living/dining areas are on the main entry level. Take trip upstairs to the 2nd floor for a master retreat, which is situated on its own floor. Directly above on the 3rd floor, take another flight of stairs to three additional bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Two rooms are spacious with queen beds in them that sleep two, and the 4th room is equipped with one set of bunk beds. Second and Third floor offer patios with views of D.C.

Guests have access to the entire 1st, 2nd, and 3rd levels of Unit 2.
NOTE: The basement is not for guest access and is locked for that reason.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The home is a 3 Story Row Home, so be aware there are one set of stairs to get into the property, and two more inside of home. There is also an outside winding staircase in the rear of the building, to access the building if you park your car in your private secure parking space. In the rear of the building is assigned private secured off-street parking for ONE medium size vehicle. It can be accessed by way of the alley, or when exiting your unit, walk through the common hallway to the rear of the building to exit, outside you will see a spiral staircase to the parking area. The motorized garage door has a keypad for easy access when arriving, and a grey box with green and red push buttons located inside it for closing it once you are parked.

There is also free street parking, that does not require parking permits. Uber, Lyft, Cabs, H-Street Streetcar, Metro Access buses and subways are great sources of transportation as well. If traveling with Elders and large suitcases, we highly recommend you unload everything at the front of the building before parking your vehicle in the rear. The spiral staircase may be challenging for seniors or when carrying large items up it. Also, please be mindful that there is another assigned parking space for the other Unit, but you only have access to one.
During your stay at this bed & breakfast, you're just a quick walk from Gallaudet University. Features include laundry facilities.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Reminder: Check out is at 11:00 AM. Every additional 15mins that guests are still in the unit after 11:00 AM check out time, guests will be charged $50. (11:15=$50, 11:30=$100… etc)
1. Bag all trash and put it in the green trash bin. Recycle goes in blue bin. Located behind building in garage area. 2. Place any dirty dishes in the dish washer with a dishwasher tab and start it
3. Place any dirty towels in the grey basket located in the laundry room on 2nd floor. 4. Please send us a message once you have completely checked out, so that we can notify our cleaning team.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
