Welcome to Capitol Chateau! Located on one of DC's main arteries, this home is perfect for accessing all of the city's attractions.

This home features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a den, a porch, a dedicated workspace, dining for 8 guests in the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, seating on the front and back porch, and most importantly, a garage for 2 cars!

Capitol Chateau is perfect for large groups, bachelor(ette), and families with small children.
