Great Location, Great Property

Conveniently located in DC's Petworth neighborhood, this renovated 3-story townhouse is very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen and laundry room was well-equipped for our 9-day stay. Off-street parking is a real plus! My grandson and I enjoyed pkaying pool on thd dining table that triples as a ping-pong table and pool tabke. It truly felt like a well-appointed home, not an afterthought.

Perfect

I was in town for my mother's Memorial Service with my husband, son, and my son's friend. I am an only child who had a lot on my mind as I planned every aspect of the Memorial Service. Luckily, the check-in process was a breeze, the house was lovely and clean, and only 10 minutes away from the church. I would love to go back and stay under happier circumstances. I grew up in Washington, DC, but for tourists, the location is a short 15 - 20 minute distance to many attractions by car, and the nearest Georgia Ave-Petworth Metro train station is close by and walkable. I would say that four people can comfortably stay. A fifth person would need to sleep on a couch, but it would be possible, too.
