Charming Arlington Townhouse with Garage

Located in the Shirlington area of Arlington, the home is great for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. There are many restaurants around the corner in Shirlington Village. We are close to a few major highways, and you’ll love the proximity to everything in Arlington/Alexandria/Washington, D.C. For tourists, you are just 15 minutes away from all the monuments and museums that Washington, D.C. has to offer.

The house is a 1750 sq/ft three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath with a private garage and driveway with room for two more cars. We have three nice-sized bedrooms: the Master has a queen bed, an adjacent room has a queen bed, and one has a twin bed (there is also a Pack and Play).

Small dog friendly (25-30 pounds max) with a one-time pet fee. Long term rental discounts are available please message me!

This was a nice place, but a ton of stairs and it was a lot for my dad (79). We had deers come through the backyard which was amazing to see! The pots and pans need to be upgraded and the tub didn’t drain well. I would suggest having new sponges for each guest for the kitchen. The sponge that was there had seen its better days, and the two others under the sink were just as bad. I went and bought my own sponge so I could wash the dishes before I used them. I wish the bedrooms had tvs since there was only one smaller one in the living room.

Excellent location and easy check-in. Although it is in a busy neighborhood, the townhouse was amazingly quite. As other commenters have stated there are some steep stairs to get into the property, which was not an issue for our party. The washer and dryer was nice for a week long stay and the place was equipped well. There is a walking and running trail within a short distance of the property, which was great. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean house, close to Shirlington. It met all of our basic needs - it was close to our son’s house and had two beds and two baths. The neighborhood was a bit run down yet seemed safe. We would stay here again.

Great Location

Communicatuon was great. Response was quickly. Awesome Location. Inside overall average. Floors make alot of noise. Cleanliness ok. Exterior front yard could be cleaner and more inviting to go outside.

Nice stay

Nice updated property. My MIL is 70 and the front steps were a little steep for her but you can access the house through the garage where the stairs aren’t nearly as steep with nice hand rails. Everything was nicely updated. Would stay again.

Great location

We were in the Washington DC area for a few days with our family and this was a great spot. It was a short drive into DC for the tourist spots and was a quiet neighborhood where we could relax and sleep in. Will definitely consider staying here again for a future visit to DC.

We had a great stay at this lovely home. It was in a quiet, hilly neighborhood close to DC. The kitchen was well-equipped for our breakfasts and a dinner. We used both Uber and our own cars to get in & out of the city. The rooms met our needs very well.

Great location, house and owner response

The property was a perfect location, we not only visited Washington DC, we went to locations in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Omar was very responsive when we needed him upon arrival. Overall the property was very nice.

DC vacation

The townhouse was in a great location. We were close to all the sights and tourist attractions DC has to offer. The townhouse was also very clean and well stocked. The beds were the only issue we had with the townhouse. They were very uncomfortable. The mattresses definitely need an upgrade.
