This modern 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath townhome can comfortably sleep 16 guests, or up to 18 with the assistance of a twin cot and twin foam fold out mat. Amazing long weekend stay!

This place was perfect for the kids and adults alike. The grounds were beautiful to walk around, the kids enjoyed the pool and fishing in the pond, the adults enjoyed hot tubbing and golfing. All around amazing stay and we'll be back.

Lots of space for our group. Smoker is old but worked for making some good food. Hottub was great. Kids loved the toy closet. Bathrooms are great. Pool area was good. Convenient for sand hallow and other outdoor adventures.

Great family house

We stayed here while visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon. It was a great property to come back to after a long and hot day outside. The pool was great. The house has a lot of games for the kids which we enjoyed!
