Great stay in this quaint little 1BR/1BA apt. The bldg itself is updated but old. However the apt is freshly remodeled and very nice. Check was simple & straightforward. Apt was clean and bright. It is a long, narrow floorplan and best suited for 1 guest. Bathroom is adequate but tight. Nice & safe neighborhood 2 houses from the Metro. Downside is the noise from the metro but it’s not too bad. This feels like a fairly new Vrbo but it was great for my needs. This is actually 4.5

Location was perfect for my stay. Walkable to Old Town and literally directly across from Metro. If you are a light sleeper you will hear Metro announcements and Amtrak and Virginia railway trains roll through. Not a bother to me but FYI. Entire place was very clean and there’s enough space for two. Bathroom was small which was ok for me but lack of an electrical outlet might be a challenge for some. Locked myself out once due having to deal with keys. My fault entirely but a bummer. Owners showed up after a phone call in a reasonable amount of time. Dedicated parking spot off street was a bonus. Only complaint was bed slightly uncomfortable. Kinda lumpy.
