The space has been recently refreshed with new bathroom renovations and brand-new HVAC for year-round comfort. The kitchen area is equipped for basic meal preparation, and you'll have access to a washer and dryer. The real showstopper is the outdoor space: step out to your shared designer backyard oasis with a fire pit, comfortable lounge seating, and a BBQ grill.
