This unit is on the first floor of a historic building without an elevator. There are stairs at the main entrance to reach the first-floor lobby — however, once inside, your unit is immediately accessible with no additional flights to climb.

• Making trips to and from your car
• Coming back late at night
• Preferring to minimize stair climbing

The King Street Flat puts you within walking distance of everything that makes Old Town special — 100+ restaurants, the waterfront (8 minutes), King Street Metro (7 minutes), shopping, nightlife, and historic sites.
Many of our guests never move their car from check-in to check-out.

GETTING TO & FROM AIRPORTS
Reagan National Airport (DCA) – 10 minutes:
This is your closest and most convenient option.
• Uber/Lyft: 10-15 minutes, approximately $15-25
• Metro: Blue or Yellow line from DCA to King Street station (2 stops, ~8 minutes)
• Taxi: Available at airport, approximately $20-25
Dulles International Airport (IAD) – 45 minutes:
• Uber/Lyft: 45-60 minutes depending on traffic, approximately $50-70
• Metro: Silver Line to Rosslyn, transfer to Blue Line to King Street (~60-75 minutes total)
BWI Airport (Baltimore) – 60 minutes:
• Uber/Lyft: 60-75 minutes, approximately $70-90
KING STREET METRO STATION (7-minute walk)
The King Street-Old Town Metro station serves the Blue and Yellow lines:
• To Downtown DC (Metro Center): 15 minutes
• To The Mall/Smithsonian: 18 minutes
• To Reagan National Airport: 8 minutes (2 stops)
Metro runs approximately 5 AM to midnight (until 1 AM on weekends).

FREE KING STREET TROLLEY
One of Old Town's best-kept secrets: a FREE trolley runs the length of King Street from the Metro station to the waterfront.
• Runs every 15 minutes

Guests found smoking inside will be charged a $500 cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted outside on public sidewalks, away from building entrances.

Have stayed in many homes/apartments in Old Town over the last 5 years and we loved our stay here. Very modern but comfortable, excellent location …though being on King Street can result in some noise but wasn’t an issue. Great size esp in the living area as we’ve stayed in some that were cramped. Host was awesome….easy check in and easy and safe getting in and out. Will be one of our go-to’s in the future.
