This 3-bedroom suite is located on the 2nd floor of a modern townhouse in the Shaw area of Northwest DC, 2 blocks away from the metro. It is walking distance to Chinatown, National Mall, Smithsonian Museums, Washington Convention Center, and the Capital One Arena. The suite has its own living, dining, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths & a roof deck, The 3 bedrooms, the loft bed, & the sofa bed accommodates 8 guests (6 adults & 2 children, or 7 adults & 1 child). Please read all rules before booking.

BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE READ RULES THOROUGHLY:

1) This suite hosts a MAXIMUM of 8 guests (6 adults and 2 children, or 7 adults and 1 child). Visitors who are not the guests should not stay in the suite.

2) You must be over 21 years old to book this suite.

3) Please have a clear profile picture of yourself posted to your account. You must notify in advance if anyone checking in is not the guest who booked the stay.

4) No pets allowed.

5) No smoking is allowed on the property.

6) Quiet hours are 9:00pm - 7:00am.

7) Free 2-hour only parking at the curb, unless you have a residential permit. Parking is not allowed during street sweeping times indicated on the street sign. There is also a parking garage at Progression Place by 7th and S street NW.

8) Please have a phone number and fully registered ID on Airbnb.

9) We will not provide refunds or discounts for unforeseen circumstances, such as power outages, floods, natural disasters or extreme weather conditions, which may affect the house.

10) We provide a standard, tidy turnover, not a white-glove inspection. Guests should not expect hotel-level, spotless cleaning for this lived-in house. Right after check-in, if you find that the cleaning is not to your satisfaction, please take photos, send them to the host, and check out immediately. We will not reduce fees or provide a discount due to claims of this sort. If Vrbo confirms that the photos you took show evidence of uncleanliness, we will refund you. If not, we will not refund you.
