This place has had false advertising on their website for over 5 years! It says they offer a free shuttle to uniton station several times a day. They said that they haven’t offered that since Covid. They acknowledge that they know it’s on the website and still don’t take it off. Unbelievable! This cost of much more than we anticipated due to having to take Ubers.

The hotel was clean and featured a lovely breakfast area that added to the overall charm of the stay. However, I did experience a hiccup during one of the days when our room hadn’t been attended by housekeeping. It was a little disappointing, but the pleasant atmosphere made it a worthwhile visit overall!

keep in mind we got to the hotel late at night. This property cancelled our reservation and told us to go to the hotel next door (the sister hotel- very crappy). This hotel is not in a safe area. once in the room looked up hotels in Expedia and the hotel Fairfield had rooms available. Basically sold our room to other person that was a member. We left early, we lost the money for the extra night. Hotel claim they are not responsible for your car broken or towed on their parking lot. took my family to Marriott metro center which was way better, and safer. Expedia only gave me 100 points, which i had to use to reserve at the new hotel.

I booked a king size room a week in advance and when I checked in, the lady said that they did not have any more rooms and that she had to put me in a double room. She told me it was the same price but when I saw the price in Expedia it was cheaper so I feel it should have gone down the price for the double since I had no choice. I feel it’s unfair that if I paid for a king size bedroom then I should be entitled to get that room or at least let me know the situation before arrival.

Hotel representative was kind and friendly. Someone ahead of me wasn’t wearing shoes and took about 10 min to ask an unintelligible question. Seemed sketchy and I locked door as soon as I got in room. Making me have to go back out to put a yellow card on dashboard for parking is less than desirable as well. Admittedly I’m checking in at 930ish but still - I’m not thrilled with area. Room seems clean enough but I wouldn’t come back to this location. Didn’t have any other choices though as everything was full where i needed a room.
