The water has been turned off for hours . I did not know this before my arrival . Apron arrival the host greeted me and said “ did I receive the email“ literally just like that . I thought she was just making sure I had a reservation with the hotel . So I said “ yes”. After my card was processed she proceeded to tell me that the water was turned of for hours . I understand it is not her fault but the company should let people know before booking the discrepancies . I was on the road all day all I wanted was a shower . I should be able to receive some type of compensation due to the discrepancies please seek help thank you .

Karla did a grt job keeping the room clean, Nice complete breakfast. Front desk staff very pleasant. Room large and comfortable. Towels even made in USA! Overall a very nice hotel at a fair rate for DC. Grt free parking. Hotels.com mentioned free shuttle service even though the property does not offer it. Someone needs to fix that.

One of the nights we were there, there was a couple of employees arguing outside our room. And I also did not appreciate the misinformation about paying for parking. I asked and was told it was included with our reservation, which was wrong information. Would not recommend.
