Room was nice, but could benefit from better sound proofing. The sounds from outside and upstairs were quite loud and made it difficult to sleep. The wait time to check-in was quite long with only one service representative at the counter. The elevators did not have safety features to limit access to floors from individuals without a room key. I personally didn’t have an issue, but was surprised the feature was not included as a precaution.
