This 2,400 sq. ft. home is especially designed for groups of friends or the entire family. With 3 master suites no one gets the short end of the stick - not even the kids. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own full bath. This home comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults plus kids. 16 in beds (not air mattresses on the floor). This new home is immaculately clean so you can relax and focus on making memories. Enjoy the sunrise over a beautiful ridge from your back patio or take in the spectacular sunset over Snow Canyon cliffs. Whether you BBQ in the backyard afternoon shade, cook in the fully stocked kitchen, challenge your friends to a friendly (or fierce) game of ping pong, this place has it all. Take advantage of the year-round heated community pool and hot tub, fast WI-FI, washer/dryer, DirectTV now (includes cable channels like: HGTV, CNN, etc), and of course the breathtaking views.

Stepping out the front door will connect you to over 200 miles of hiking and biking trails in the Red Cliff Desert Reserve, where you and your gang can discover petroglyphs, fossilized dinosaur tracks, and even catch a glimpse of the protected Mojave Desert Tortoise. A short 8 mile drive will take adventurous souls to discover the Red Cliffs Trail Head in the Red Cliffs Preserve. Red rock canyons, slot canyons, dinosaur tracks, Anasazi pit houses, and historic homesteads are all accessible out of this trailhead. Less than 10 miles away are the warm waters of Quail Creek State Park - perfect for paddle boarding, water-skiing or playing on the beach. 16 miles east lies Sand Hollow Reservoir and a short 36 mile drive will motor you to the iconic monoliths of Zion National Park.
