Not sure how old is this location, but it seems to be bit rundown. The sofa was dirty and the floors in the 2nd bathroom is coming up. The building from outside and even in the lobby looks much newer and higher end, but the rooms deco was muncher lower end.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, door code didn’t work that was given to me and took over an hour to get into room. Room was not as advertised with king bed and I slept on a toddlers double bed instead… would NEVER STAY HERE. The person who got us into our room was miserable and rude to put the cherry on top. Complete joke

the check in process was a nightmare. I asked for access to the garage. The gate wasn't open and no one would help me. All of the parts of the building require an access code and there isn't cell signal or wifi in the basement which mean if you forgot the code or don't have your phone your stuck. What a stupid system. I was supposed to get a key fob. That never happened

The main problem is that this is not even remotely like a hotel. There was no hint given during the booking that left me in a non-refundable committed state. The first clue that I got to the troubles I would have came when I got an email asking me to fill out forms and sign a contract. I booked while I was already travelling and there was no way I would be able to do anything with paper. ON the hpone they told me I could do it via my phone, so I started the process, but the interface was so clunky that I even contemplated that this might be a phishing scam. I had to pubit pictures of the front and back of my credit card and my ID. When I arrived the building code device was not at all obvious-- I got help from another resident. The room code did not work at all. I called for help, but was told to "go to the third floor to get help from onsite staff", but there was no obvious counter or anything on the 3rd floor. I called again, and they told me to wait for a callback. So I'm standing in a random hallway with all my bags with occasional residents walking by who appeared totally unsurprised to see me stranded there. I called back after 9 minutes of this and was scolded for calling back after just 2 minutes. Finally they told me the room number I was to approach. When I arrived there they told me to "take a seat", evidently because getting me into my room was a project. I'm out of space, and only 50% of the way through my story. You get the idea.

It is very near Union Station. The room was very nice, very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. The concierge was very helpful. The only drawback that I would say is they need to give more time to the entry lock, every time we used it, it would time out and we would have to start over. All in all a 9.2
