Our stay at the hotel was quick and we were traveling with two young children. The staff was super friendly and accommodating! The property was clean! We didn’t need anything extra aside from a crib. Two things I would approve would be the parking situation in the garage- the spaces are tight and not easily maneuverable due to poles. Also, I didn’t understand the whole check in on the Hilton app. I requested a room at the end of the hallway away from elevator and so I could only have “neighbors” on one side. When I went to the front desk at check in I was given a completely room. When asked I was told because the room I requested wasn’t ready- but I wasn’t even given any type of option to wait or ask for similar sleeping arrangements. Due to having young children I didn’t want to be in high traffic areas like in front of main elevators like we were placed. Aside from that our stay was great and I would definitely return to this hotel in future stays.

The hotel and the room were great! Nice amenities, especially the bar. The bathroom was the only thing that could use a little upgrade, but was acceptable. Beware of the parking, it’s $42 per night plus tax. Leave the car at home if possible.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Snacks and some ready-to-eat stuff for sale, and breakfast available at hotel. Rooms clean and price reasonable. But location wasn't as convenient to airport as I hoped. Didn't appear to have regular shuttle service schedule like some larger hotels, but did come when I called. Closest metro was maybe a bit over 1/2 mile walk, with blue and yellow lines to/from airport; an option but not really quick with luggage and not really safe or walkable to walk to airport directly due to busy roads and limited pedestrian-friendly routes.

It's a good location close to subway with a convenient airport shuttle. Surprisingly bare bones room. The mattress was uncomfortable. The main issue was the HVAC. The room never warmed up, and the fan cycled on and off constantly and loudly all night long. I booked through Expedia so I understand not getting Hilton Honors credit but there was zero appreciation upon check in. When checking out, I was not even asked the standard "how was your stay?" or "Thanks for staying with us". Basic customer service completely lacking.
