This property would have received an excellent rating but the housekeeping staff did not provide any soap for the tub/shower. They removed the bottle of body wash mounted in the tub/shower and never replaced it with any type of soap. When I asked about it, I was told the hotel had run out of body wash and was waiting on a delivery. Very poor excuse even if it was true.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was not bad but a little pricey even for a buffet Room, bathroom, sheets and towels were clean. Thank you to the housekeeping staff that came in and cleaned and straightened out our room when we asked, very nice of them. One of the elevators was out of service and if you were leaving or coming back to your room, sometimes the staff were using the only working one, and you had to wait. Other than that, a really good place to stay, will stay there again

This was a nice place to stay and is a short walk to the metro. They also provide free shuttle service to the airport which was great. No breakfast unless you want to pay $20 for a buffet that is no different than other hotels offer for free. The fire alarm got pulled in the middle of the night. It took 15 minutes for the fire department to get there. Glad it wasn’t a real fire!! Overall, I would recommend this hotel and will probably stay again.

We had a horrible experience, the entire week was an awful experience. Dirty rooms, you have to beg for service. The patio furniture had no pillows, the bar manager was yelling at her staff. One elevator the whole week. Huge groups of middles schoolers on a field trip with one functional elevator. The 1 ply sand paper they use as toilet paper is awful. The night female staff member was extremely rude, condescending, and not helpful. I called for more towels and the lady condescendingly said you can come get them yourself. The room was never serviced. Slow draining bath tub and toilet. The tub had red stained “mold” on it from sitting water due to a dip in the tub floor. No good services at all. Not to mention the god awful fire alarm going off at midnight and staying on for about an hour despite the fire department coming and stating that there wasn’t a fire and they are unable to turn off the alarm since it was tripped due to something else.
