Could not turn off the TV, which kept flashing all night. NO remote control. Called staff at 2 am and they could not resolve the issue. Terrible. The ad said breakfast was included but I was charged $25.00. False advertising.

Front desk Anthony was AMAZING! So helpful and knowledgeable about the area. All staff was professional at all times. The hotel restaurant food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The gym was amazing as well! Loved using the Peloton. Would stay here again for sure.

Hotel was within range of plenty of restaurants and cafes, room was clean, had a microwave and a mini fridge, housekeeping was prompt, only complaints I have is the parking situation (you have no choice but to use valet as they park the car for you in a locked garage, so you have to request the car 10 minutes in advance if you plan on going anywhere, and then you feel like you’re expected to leave a tip because they are valet even though you pay $59/night to park there), and the spot where you pull up to leave your car for valet is so small, it’s like playing Tetris when you have other guests trying to come and go and need to park so you don’t block oncoming traffic. And the shower in our room made both my boyfriend and I sneeze terribly every time we used it. Not sure if that’s because of the water or just our room, but we’ve never experienced anything like that before. I would stay here again if I couldn’t find anywhere else, I recommend to anyone not looking for anything overly fancy for a decent price, and be close to restaurants.
