This hotel is in a good location & I had an ok stay (although it’s very noisy) until the end when the woman doing check outs was completely dismissive of people and wouldn’t provide an invoice printout. I’ve since emailed the hotel and no reply. An fyi that there are extra service charges at this hotel. Apparently you get a $25 credit back if you eat/drink at Kiln but is that true? You wouldn’t know because they won’t give you the invoice. I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed.

Very disappointing. No comfortable chair in room. TV too high. One of two nightstands tiny. No place to put cosmetics in bathroom. One tiny drawer for clothes. Also lost sleep due to fire alarm malfunction that required all to evacuate. Would not stay there again.

Stayed in a double with 2 queens. Very limited storage space. No closet, only a wardrobe with a single drawer and a desk drawer. Beds were comfortable but one of two poorly made upon arrival.

Great stay - will return

Really delightful stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Space is well decorated and clean. Rooftop was gorgeous and coffee at the downstairs restaurants was also good. I’ve stayed at a few hotels in Old Town that I did not particularly enjoy. I see this hotel becoming my go to when I’m in the area.

The free coffee in the lobby was disappointing. At breakfast in Kiln on Sunday am the staff seemed untrained and shorthanded. Hotel very clean, very nice and comfortable. Rooftop excellent. Great location.

Thoughtfully curated design throughout the property. The staff was exceptionally friendly and handled our bike storage with real care and class, making us feel instantly at ease. Our room was beautifully appointed, featuring a huge, stunning shower, a well-stocked minibar, and smart, thoughtful touches like a bedside jewelry bowl. The plush, comfy bed made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location: But Everything was Closed

Great location, but consistently restaurants and bars weren’t open. For example, at noon, nothing was open, couldn’t get drinks or food at any of the 3 restaurants or bars on a Saturday. Additionally, in the room, there was no coffee. We were advised by staff to leave the hotel (while it was raining to get coffee) to get something.
