The staff went out of their way to help me with a business need. They were friendly and professional. The building has been renovated and the spaces are nice. The restaurant wasn’t open for some reason and parking is inconvenient, but that’s par for the course of an urban hotel.

The receptionist that greeted us was very friendly & took her time explaining the benefits/what to expect during our stay. The hotel was very clean & beautifully decorated. The lemon drop I received at The Kiln was delicious!

My stay at The Heron was absolutely amazing! The architecture and design of the hotel and room was breath taking. The on site restaurant and speakeasy provided spectacular cuisine and cocktail options. Rosie was an absolute gem and made my experience one I will not soon forget. I will definitely be back.
