Everything was great overall. Staff was super friendly. Place was nice and quiet. Rooms were way bigger than I was expecting. It was when we were leaving and cleaning up that I noticed the cover on the mattress u see the sheets and all the bedding had a large mark that looked like it was molding. I bring my own blankets anyway so it’s not like it was something I touched but it’s definitely something that should be replaced.

I’ve used hand towels larger than the bath towels. The tub wouldn’t drain. Random hairs on walls. Very run down. To make matters worse, my car was towed. $27 cab ride, $195 impound, I should have just spent the extra money and stayed in a better hotel. Safe yourself the trouble! I find it interesting that the tow fee and the deposit fee are nearly identical.

We drove 18 hours with 5 children to get to Arlington and when i pulled up to this place i knew immediately that we could not stay there. We booked this place a month in advance and i paid for the protection plan through Expedia. There was a homeless crack head walking around and the place had a darkness to it. It felt very unsafe. I found another place for us to stay and then request a refund but the property owner refused. I’ve yet to receive a refund from Expedia either.

If you can afford better, get so.ething better

When we arrived to our "King Suite" it was just two connecting rooms with the connecting door removed from the frame. The air conditioner in one of those rooms barely worked, and one of the toilets wouldnt flush. The following evening the lights in the other bathroom stopped working. If you are on a budget, this might be the place for you, but watch out as they will nickle and dime you.

Very good but no pool

Breakfast was very good, eggs, bacon, pancakes, has browns, bread, bagels, juice & cereal. Location was perfect for seeing D.C. However we were upset that the pool wasn’t opened for the season, and we couldn’t get wifi in the room.

Staff person on the phone was very rude. Though we have booked tickets from June 28 to July 1. They did not consider us because we couldn’t make on June 28. I did received any call/email from the hotel pentagon dc asking for the reason of delay on our arrival. They didn’t gave accommodations the next day.

The beds were ok and the air-conditioning worked, and we got fresh sheets eveyday. BUT the paint in the bathroom was peeling heavly, we killed 5 roaches, the towel rack in the bathroom was falling of the wall, the hot and cold water was erratic, and the tv reception was sub par. Oh and they closed the pool indefinitely during the heat wave. Another good thing is when we complained about the problems, they fixed it promptly. When we were leaving they did have an exterminators truck on the property.

Very Bad Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a terrible experience at this hotel. 1. The AC was barely working, making the room hot and uncomfortable. 2. There were roaches in the room — I personally had to kill at least three. 3. The mattress was in awful condition and made it hard to sleep. 4. Overall, the room was not clean or well-maintained. This stay was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This stay exceeded my expectations. For the low price, I thought it would be a lousy motel and I now plan to stay here again in July. The cleaning staff were great and the front desk help were so nice on checki-in and check-out. I highly recommend!

Probably not a repeat customer

First impression was decent. Room was big but out dated. Bathroom door didn't close Soap residue on the back of the door but the sink and toilet were clean and shower had good pressure. Large vanity. The air conditioner was strong but dusty around it with spider webs towards the bottom. First night was nice. Second night we woke to our car having been towed because the tag wasn't visible despite the office having our cars information on file. That night the microwave blew a fuse and when we called the office the lady didn't know where the breaker box was located but offered us another room. We declined because it was late and we were checking out early the next morning anyway. The mini fridge did not keep our drink and food cold.Overall I don't think we'll be staying here again.

The property is not close to anything but the interstate. Food locations are all several miles away. The best thing about the location is the staff are awesome. The breakfast was also very good nice and hot everyday. The rooms are dated and show a clear lack of maintenance. It doesn’t have a bug problem that we had. Lots of work to this property and it could be a great location. Also the pool is closed this year 2025 not mentioned on the web site or prior to check in. The temps were over 95+ every day. If you need a quick place to stay for the night last resort fine but for a vacation absolutely not. Also had to continually ask for towels as they only left 3 everytime they did anything to the room.
Painted over breakers not covered.
Tiles painted and chipped.
