The hotel is good, but could be better. The building feels dated and the breakfast bar is standard, nothing stands out. Rooms are clean and spacious. On weekends, is fairly easy to park on the street.

We are not used to parking garages and this one was under the building with a snug entrance. My explorer fit fine and there were some larger vehicles parked down there. The staff was nice and helpful. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. We felt safe being there. The view was incredible. The metro station was easy to walk to. If your heading to DC for the first time, watch triphacksdc on YouTube.

The staff was more welcoming than any we'd come across. We were offered a free breakfast but declined (we were headed to a celebratory brunch) and our room (high floor, sofa) had everything we needed. The TV remote could have been easier to navigate (would have liked a written guide to stations) but otherwise, great stay.

A great hotel find!

Hyatt Place Courthouse was a great hotel choice. Very convenient to Ronald Reagan Aurport and the Arlington National Cemetary. The staff that served the morning breakfast were incredibly friendly and very attentive. I only wish each room had their own microwave ovens. Overall, a great hotel!
