Great place. Nicely appointed. Seems brand new. The amenities throughout are thoughtful and functional. Great esthetic. Client management was helpful and extremely flexible. The check in process was a little convoluted. It took me about 15 minutes to figure it out. You have to pay extra attention to the instructions and go step by step. Having said that, 10/10 will go back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Landing at Bridge District. It looks like the building is relatively new and very secure. The inside was very nice and comfortable. The living room and kitchen were light and airy. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms clean and spacious. There were TV’s in each bedroom and the living room. A couple of remotes had dead batteries which sucked but wasn’t the end of the world. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and a dishwasher. It was missing some basic things like dish soap and cleaning products. It also would have been nice if there were some salt and cooking oil stocked there but we ended up going to a market to get our own. We also never received the wristband to have access to the pool. Not sure why this happened. The Metro is a quick 10 minute walk from the property which was excellent. There was no need for a rental car as we used the Metro during our entire week long stay. Very convenient. I also felt safe in and around the complex. I also felt safe on the Metro so that was a nice plus too. I do want to mention there seemed to be no food areas nearby to walk to. You would have to get on the Metro to find someplace to eat. Overall a great stay and I would not hesitate returning here.

The key access area would not unlock. I spent well over an hour with technical support, but they were not able to resolve and left me to find another place to stay at almost 9 pm. They have promised me a refund but so far I have received nothing.

Outstanding apartment. Very clean, well furnished and incredible value for money. When I arrived I was expecting a catch because of how cheap the accommodation was, pleasantly surprised to find no catch, just an amazing place. Highly recommended

We had a great stay at Poplar House. We opted for a two bedroom unit and it was fantastic. Just enough space, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer (they provided laundry pods), and a dishwasher (they also provided dishwasher pods!). Literally every single thing that we could think of was provided for us. The rooms were spotless. Bathrooms were also impeccably clean. Xavier was communicative and quick to respond, and he helped us figure out how to check in because the door to the building is sort of in a weird area. The convenience of this place is truly unmatched— seriously, it was nicer than a lot of hotels that I’ve stayed in. I’ll admit that I had some worries based on other reviews that I saw before coming, and I’m glad that I didn’t pay them much mind. We had a great stay and I can't wait to come back.

Beautiful place but everything else sucked. The place, maintenance and staff was not organized, from checking into wrong dirty apartments to a very dusty apartment, with no supplies not even a hand soap. will not recommend this place, needs a bit more experience with hosting. Our clothes got stained because the washing machine did not want to open. We asked for maintenance but no one came. Called for an extra blanket nobody brought it. Absolutely horrible experience and unreliable staff with no compassion and no effort whatsoever. No MORE!! Stay blessed
