Home was fine overall given price. At a higher price I would have rated it one star. It had most of what you would want but clearly not well maintained and dirty. Quirky and eclectic would be a positive way to describe furniture mishmash, clearly DIY remodeling, a non functional fridge in the kitchen and functional fridge on the back porch, and thrift store bedding. Also seemed like someone was living there: used toothbrush in bathroom and dirty towels hanging up. This owner needs to up their game unless they want to lead with price.

Location was quiet, neighborhood seemed safe. Short distance from airport and major attractions. Spacious home, and owner responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had.
