The check in directions provided were incorrect. There is no one to greet you to give you a key. You must call and get a code from Evolve (which takes 10 minutes through a chat bot and phone menu), then use the code to open a mailbox. You only get one key and cannot lock the apartment door without the key. This means the whole group must stay together or whoever stays back in the apartment cannot leave to go anywhere else, including the pool. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke the whole time. My guess it was from another apartment, but yuck. There is a trick to locking the balcony door. The balcony was unlocked when we got there and the Evolve staff on the phone could not help. The handle of the door must be lifted up, and then turn the lock to lock. The floor was dirty and if you walk barefoot you will have dirty mud bottom feet.
