Soft comfy beds. Clean rooms. Soap and towels provided. Drinking water not provided. Kettle not present. WiFi was unsecure. Would like a microwave/coffee machine too, but this is asking a lot honestly. Garbage bins should have a cover on them. Bathrooms vents didn't seem to be working.

The hotel is what you would expect for the price. The guy at the Front desk was nice. However, housekeeping opened my door without knocking by while I wasn’t dressed. The room also had a foul moldy smell.

It was nasty, cigarette burns in linen and on trays, found some kind of pill on the floor !!! Would have definitely left , but was late and wouldn't have been able to get out of city and found somewhere else!

The Stay was Okay

The hotel stay was good enough to get a nights rest. This hotel is great for times when you are being budget friendly and it doesn’t matter where you stay at. There are some remodeling that needs to be done but other than it was ok

Not bad, but not great. Staff wouldn't look if we could check in early. Would only advise that check in was at three, it became apparent that half the hotel was empty so not sure why we couldn't. The did hold our bags for us but which was good.

Not walking distance to anything, dark dingy place

No sidewalks on busy road. Very noisy traffic and train traffic. Stank of cigarette smoke. Won't be back

Good location for the price.

Although a bit dated the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. Continental breakfast available each day. Free parking. Mile walk to the metro and bus connections. Ok in nice weather otherwise $10.00 taxi trip.

The staff was cordial enough. The Continental Breakfast was okay at best. The room was fine with minor but ignorable wear and tear. Free HBO was nice though.

Everything OK except the location

The location of the hotel is close to a very busy road (New York Ave). It is very difficult to cross the road or to take the car out of the hotel. Also this area of Washington DC is bad. The attractions of DC are minutes away and a Metro station is near by.
