Very cool property. A lot of updated amenities. Loud banging refrigerator made it hard to sleep, TV did not work, no blanket in room. Other than that my stay was great.

Our door needed a battery change for the lock, one day our locks were inoperational leaving our belongings exposed. The thermostat is needlessly complicated and the staff doesn't know how to use it. Our room was close to 80* until my son finally cracked the code after 2 or 3 attempts by the staff. The room was clean and conformable, but there is not an excess of room. We did not spend much of the day there so it was fine. Excellent shower. Only big complaint is that being in an older building there is no insulation between the floors. You will hear everyone walking. If the rooftop bar is busy it is worse. For us, this was not a deal breaker. Location is great. 10 minute walk to the metro. Union Market nearby.

Great and unique hotel near Union Market. Comfortable and great for a business trip. Rooftop bar was fun with a great view. Beautiful and eclectic decor. Volume on my TV didn't work for some reason. Overall great stay!

I love everything about my stay except the heat broke in my room and the room was 76 degrees. I told the lady at the front desk that the heat was broke but she just told me she’s sorry for my inconvenience.

Not the best experience

Room was way smaller than expected. Tv didn’t work. Water pressure was low, though temperature was perfect. Surprised there was no iron or ironing board in there. Walls are super thin. I could hear everything from both sides of my room (full on conversations) as well as the music from the rooftop bar. It was so thin, the person next to me was trying to control her Alexa on the Echo Show, it was controlling mine. The neighbors on the other side of mine also had water pressure issues and tv issues because I heard them complaining and they even called the front desk late at night to have someone come up and try to fix it (again because I heard everything). Likely will never stay there again.

Beautiful Place, Friendly Staff

This boutique hotel was beautiful. I booked the family room, it came with a king size bed and bunk beds that my son enjoyed!! The rooftop bar was nice and the bartender was great!! We will definitely be staying again when we’re visiting again!!
