Staff. Called the front desk to inquire about the van times when I landed. Was told driver was at the airport. I stated that was fine but I’d miss him. I was still deplaning. I asked next van time. She states an hour from now. Called back. A male states 24 minutes. When I ask about the difference, they just put me on hold…contacted driver and he stated he was still at the airport. No sense of what is going on. The driver spoke to me like I child, saying I was supposed to be out here. No one apologized. Upon checkin, the two women completely ignored me while standing at the front desk talking to each other and offered no apology for the confusion. A family checked in, and then the male I spoke with on the phone checked me in. Will never stay again. Even shuttle driver kept running his mouth to the point, I told him I needed to make a call. He kept trying to get me to say everything was fine. When I started to explain, he kept fast-talking. With that, there’s no point in trying to explain or get accountability. There was no point.

The room had damages. Panel to access water for shower was bent and exposed, toilet lid did not seem to fit toilet, wallpaper was peeling, door to access the room was hard to shut and keep shut. We struggled to charge our devices due to wall outlets being loose and not charging. There was a table with multiple outlets built in it however it charged our devices so slow they over heated and we ended up having to use our vehicle to charge the devices. I placed the privacy please sign in the door and house keeping ignored it. They entered the room and cleaned it anyways. The hotels restaurant was expensive for bland and simple foods. Over all it was not a horrible stay but definitely expected more and were pretty disappointed.
