Very nice, needs stranded passengers discount!

We were stranded at Reagan National due to flight cancellation. I wish there was a discount for unfortunate travelers that couldn't stay at the airport and were afraid to sleep in the woods nearby. Lol. Seriously though, should offer a discounted rate. The check in staff was amazing. Thank goodness they had toothbrush and toothpaste for us to use. Now the breakfast bar looked okay but it was freezing in that area and I sat there long enough to take a bite of cantelope and had to leave. Why not get a jacket you ask? Again, we were stranded. Our luggage was not available.

Good experience overall but noticed when booking on Hotels.com not the best room are reserved . This time the room allocated were on the very 1st floor almost basement ( hardly natural light were coming in). Sometimes rooms confirmed are close to the elevator, noisy area. This is not right.

I am reaching out to you guys about my recent stay at the Sheraton in Arlington, VA. First the issue I had was a dirty sheet and blanket on the bed. I reported this twice to the front desk, and it took about 2 hrs for someone to bring a new blank. after i asked for sheets and a blanket. The cover reeked of perfume and makeup everywhere on sheets and blanket. I had to call back dowstair to get the sheet, and I had to remake the bed. I left the dirty sheet on the floor and the very next day room service. Got the covers off the floor and put them back on the bed and we could see the same makeup stains. I had to call back downstair to explain what happened and they said they were going to get someone to my room, I was told they would remake the bed they didnt do that either. I had to again make up the bed.The next morning a housekeeper came knocking on my door asking if was leave at 8 am but check out was 12pm

Good location if you plan to use a car or a ride share. I didn't have a car as relied on Lyft. Many of the staff are helpful especially the morning buffet. The rooms need some TLC as age is showing. Overall it's a good hotel.

The staff and cleaning people are great. The hotel is very dated. Our bathroom had rust and the toilet seat looked like it had been painted was bubbling up.

Poor customer service

No AC working in room and none of us got any sleep because it was too hot. The customer service was poor as they didn’t offer to switch rooms or help remedy the situation in any way. Not even a fan.
