This house is ideal for mature, responsible, larger groups that need modern conveniences and easy transportation solutions. Think: DC family excursions, UMD graduations, presidential inaugurations, and sporting events requiring ready access to stadiums in the Capital area. Conveniently located virtually across the street from the HYATTSVILLE CROSSING station (GREEN/YELLOW METRO LINE), you can enjoy a straight shot to Reagan National Airport, and stop at DC’s trendiest neighborhoods along the way.

The entire house consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3.5). Gather with family and friends around a gorgeous kitchen island adjacent to a large dining area that comfortably sits 10. The open concept space is bathed in windows and light during the day, and makes enjoying television, playing games or telling stories by the fire a warm, roomy experience. Upstairs features a large master bedroom and en-suite bath, 2 bedrooms and a full bath, and custom walk-in closets. The quiet, basement floor living space includes 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a separate kitchenette and laundry area. All bathrooms are equipped with heated, Japanese bidets.

The home also includes high-speed internet, workspaces, and parking for up to 3 cars ONLY. Please remember to use great care when backing out of the intersection-adjacent driveway.

While this house easily holds and entertains up to 10 sleeping guests, we will decline reservations for parties or other special events.
