This phenomenal private unit/property features a cozy/quiet bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed in the living area, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. The bathroom is equipped with simple amenities for comfort and a jetted bathtub for a truly relaxing experience. Additionally, the living room provides an enchanting space with a sofa bed and fancy chairs. With amenities like iron, hair dryer and WiFi. The washing and dryer machines, are coin operated-laundry and are located in the basement area downstairs back of the building. There is AC, and heating, your needs are well taken care of here.
