We have three private rooms and 2 bathroom in a newly built townhome in Washington DC. We have conveniently located just a quick stroll from a metro station. We are only a few minutes' drive or train ride from Capitol Hill.

For me, i would have preferred it was cleaner. I wouldn't try to cook, and dishwasher had moldy dishe in it. It served our purpose though.

Fall Break

Was a little unsure of the location when we arrived at dark. You have to park in the street at a steep incline. The inside of the house matches the pictures. Very nice place to stay and was 4.5 miles to the capital building. We had a family of 6 staying here during our fall break. Returned many nights after dark. Felt much better when we finally saw the place in the day light. Nothing close to eat at. Suggest you eat in Washington DC before returning for the evening. Owner was very nice when we got locked out. Came within 5 mins to fix our issue.
