We invite you to enjoy our beautiful, clean, spacious vacation home at Coral Ridge Townhomes in Washington, Utah. This home is perfect for family, friends, golfers, adventure-seekers, and anyone wanting to enjoy the many activities that are nearby or to just relax. We are 32 miles from Zion's National Park. Sand Hollow State Park and Reservoir is 9 miles away where you can enjoy lake activities, ATV's, hiking and golfing. It is a short 9 mile drive to downtown St. George where you will find restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Eighteen miles away is Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater, a favorite of many visitors where you can see fabulous Broadway plays. Quail Creek State Park is less than 5 minutes away.

Our townhome is fully furnished and stocked which allows you to have a relaxing vacation. There are two master bedrooms with walk-in closets and attached master bathrooms. One is located on the main floor and the other is on the 2nd floor. There is a 3rd bedroom upstairs with two full-size beds. There is a half bath on the main floor and another full bathroom, with bathtub upstairs. A loft is located upstairs with a daybed and pull-out trundle. Our kitchen is fully-stocked and is open to the great room with comfortable couches and chairs. The couch can be pulled out into a bed. There is a kitchen table and chairs and bar stools at the counter. Both master bedrooms, as well as the loft and great room, have flat-screen tvs. The backyard is great for barbecuing, relaxing, and playing. There is a grassy area, outdoor table and chairs and a gas barbecue.

Razor Ridge Park is next door with a stocked fishing pond. Coral Ridge has a clubhouse with a fireplace, exercise room, and game tables. There are 2 heated swimming pools and a hot tub as well as a putting green. You may also enjoy Coral Canyon Golf Course which is right next to our development.

You will find this home a great get-away with the necessities for a much needed vacation.

During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Razor Ridge Park. Enjoy features like a gym, a water park, and a hot tub. The vacation home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.

Perfect Getaway for Weekend Tournament

My son had a soccer tournament and the house was a perfect place to call home base. My son fished in his off time and we were all able to have a comfortable place to stay. House was clean and had everything we could have possibly wanted.

Perfect home with all the extras for a super stay

The location of this home was just right for us to enjoy St George, Zion and everything in between. The pools and hot tubs were also welcomed after long days enjoying the outdoors. Near to hiking, mountain biking and golf, we didn't have any trouble filling our daylight hours with adventure. The home itself is well-appointed and had all the baking and cooking supplies we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place (and huge)

This was a great property, in a great neighborhood, and huge. We had access to the garage, and three full baths (which tends to be more important to us than bedrooms. We only had 4 in our group, but could have easily stayed here with more; though I’d say 6-8 is a more realistic maximum. Kitchen was well stocked, it was very close to St George with tons of shops/restaurants. The only negatives: the bathrooms in both master bedrooms did not have doors, and we were there to visit Zion, and the drive there was a full hour.

Our 70's volleyball team stayed here while we played volleyball in the Huntsman Senior Games. The house was clean. The pantry had adequate items and the kitchen was stocked with enough dinnerware and silverware. One minor thing was we could not get the garage code to work, but we figured out how to get it locked. A major thing was there was no cable, which it said in the notebook but not online.

The property was in a great location. Lots of room to move around. Only a couple small things that could of made it better the right coffee filters and maybe some coffee to start you off with until you can get to store. Good communication with owners.

Washington Property

Wonderful experience! House was better than advertised! I felt bad, the owner tried contacting me about stopping by to change out the batteries on the front door lock on their way back from Vegas. I did not see her message until they were no longer in the area. I replied as soon as I saw the message and the response was quick and timely. Unfortunately, they were no longer in the area but they were able to make arrangements with a neighbor to do it when we left. Thank you for allowing us to make wonderful family memories! Great location

The kids loved fishing in the pond right there in the neighborhood. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Even though it was quite chilly outside, the pool was warm enough to enjoy swimming. We did some mountain biking at Quail Creek reservoir which was only about a 10 minute drive from the condo. Overall we enjoyed staying here.

Great home!

We stayed over Christmas Eve and Christmas day, though we spent much of the time with my parents who live nearby. It was so great to have our own space to put our seven kids to bed at night! The home was nice and clean, and check in/our was a breeze. We never had to communicate with the owners, it was all good. I highly recommend this place if you need a large home for a St George getaway.
