Idyllic location, challenging stay.

Our group of 10 adults booked this stay as our first visit to The Hamptons. The home's positive attributes included: 1) outstanding location; 2) outstanding physical property; 3) beautiful outdoor pool and backyard area; 4) very nice interior and spacious layout. The home's challenges included: a) hot water was unreliable (even after the owner had pilot light fixed); b) HVAC was unbalanced and not working at all in master; c) ceiling displayed water stains in multiple areas. In short, the physical setting and structure of the home were lovely but the inner workings/systems need to be made reliable. Perhaps some deferred maintenance investments would vastly improve the quality of the stay for future guests.

Wonderful stay

The property was perfect for our large group. Exactly as described and in a very convenient location with fantastic sunsets. Romita is an incredibly responsive and helpful host!
