The location was perfect and we enjoyed easy parking right next to our room. We walked to Zum’s for dinner and it was excellent. We’ll be back! The staff was polite and helpful, everything in the town is walkable, and the beds were comfortable.

Location could definitely use some improvements a good clean. Hair in shower and towels prior to use definitely doesn’t reflect the cost of our stay. Love Waterton and got to stay right in the park was the big positive for us.

Convenient location and parking. We loved being able to walk right out into town. We preferred to stay in the cabins so we didn’t have as much noise or need to go upstairs.

It was in the middle of town. The website did t show that the complex was made up of a two storey building and a cluster of old cottages Deceiving. Short of supplies. Soap toilet paper only 3 small pillows on a king size bed. Front window open to sidewalk & Street. Should have a sheet for light and privacy instead of one blackout curtain. Cracked window with tape on it that was old and yellowed. And a long time in need of repair. Bathroom clean and functional, but also very small

Don’t stay at the Aspen hotel

They told me we only had one room and all seven of us had to squeeze in room. Them at 10: 00pm they called to see why we hadn’t checked in when we already did and they said now you got another room when we had to move to another side to get into the other room that we should’ve had in the first place they don’t know whether you’re coming or going in that place the rooms were rundown oh and I wouldn’t recommend staying there. Matter of fact I’m not going back to Waterton again.

I liked that there have been a few renovations done to the rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was in walking distance to all the restaurants as there wasn’t anything provided by the hotel itself. The room we stayed in, there isn’t any fan provided, so the room would get warm if the windows weren’t open..then open windows cause more noise. One of the windows wouldn’t close completely as the screen was damaged.
