Staff were friendly and room clean but a bit dated. Continental breakfast area small however toaster definitely needed upgrade and coffee was a long way from good. However we had a decent sleep and very quiet surroundings.

The building is very old and dated. The betting was not very comfortable at all. The mattress on the bed was very old and outdated. The rooms were very old. Our window was broken and the only thing keeping our bottom window closed. The fridge in the room did not work and the coffee maker was very old and dirty. The food was all sweets With no real breakfast at all and they never had any milk or condiments for the cereal or pastries that were offered. I would not recommend to stay at this location.

We like this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room this time had a semi- transparent curtain and no blinds so that made it hard to sleep as the lights outside our room were shining brightly.

This place is a dive , it probably should be shut down . There is cords overloaded . The beds are like flintstone beds hard as a rock . The room is freezing , heated by a small plug in heater . No end tables . Awful experience

It desperately needs updating and do not recommend staying in the winter. It is not built for winter and my husband and I nearly froze. We were glad we had two heavy quilts in our vehicle. The thermostat did not warm the room. The windows had an inch of ice on the bottom. Mind you it was extreme cold temperatures -30.

The bed was very uncomfortable, very small room, tv was super small, and the room was freezing, they did bring us a space heater, bit the floor and bathroom were still very cold. Overpriced for this hole

Check your bed before you sleep! We had bed bugs!! Look I don’t expect much from a motel in a small town. Cardston doesn’t offer a lot of choice (and on expedia this was the only option aside from a b&b which we should have done although their reviews weren’t great) and we had to go there for a test at the high-school. I selected this place because people said it was clean and when we first got the room our initial impression was just that. The room is extremely dated and the mattresses are not that comfortable but we thought for one night we could put up with it. But in the morning when we woke we discovered bed bugs!!! There were little brown bugs on the sheet and my daughter got bit because there were small blood spots on the sheet! We had a bit of a mini freak-out and immediately packed and tried our best to quarantine our clothes and left. I went to the office to let the front desk guy know to see what he would he do about it. He was apologetic, said this is the first time they had this(not sure if I believe him), they check it often and he would look at it. Honestly I didn’t feel completely satisfied with that answer. I thought the least he could do was offer us a refund or something but he didn’t make much of an effort beyond that. So short answer is believe what you think about motels in small towns. It is true and I won’t be staying here again anytime soon.
