stayed there three nights first two nights had no AC in the room. I was told every morning it would be fixed during the day on the third night. They finally changed me to a different room. when they moved to me to a new room as a handicap room, handicap rooms are great for the right people, but if you don’t need it, the shower really sucks.

I checked in late into the night. Someone was there at the desk to greet me and take care of my reservation. The shower in the morning didn't work, so I checked out and let them know. They apparently get that complaint a lot. It's not broken, just user error. I just suggest to ask if people checking in have done so before and let them know how to work the shower or leave instructions if they do get that issue often. Other than that it was a great stay.

They need to get the reservation. Straightened out between Expedia and the casino. Because I have received the wrong room both times that I reserved it on here and had to get it corrected.

A gamble paid off
