Overall good stay, will plan another stay

All was great with the room except the sink. I went to wash my hands and didn't notice until it was too late that the stopper was down, and the lever didnt actuateit to move up.

I left my medication in the refrigerator in our room. We remembered 4 hours after leaving. The manager kept it for me in the refrigerator and was very helpful in getting it back. We so appreciated his concern and kindness.

I got the room for my boys as their sister was getting married. Upon their arrival the owner chewed them out cuz I had put the reservation under name on my card, LH. He griped cuz he said couldn’t enter it into his computer and then complained about the dog as they had their dog. Told my sons to bring cash down in the morning. That’s all something that should have been addressed with me, the person who made the reservation.

The first room we were given smelled of cat urine, which was horrible. The desk clerk argued that there was never a cat in the room and then came into the room to see for himself. He then moved us to another room, in which dirty towels had been left behind the bathroom door on a hook. The air worked great, the beds were comfortable, but would definitely not recommend the facility.

I very much enjoyed my night. Of course, the hotel was a bit outdated, but it was quiet, clean, very affordable and the bed was super comfortable. I'd definitely recommended and come again.
