***Washer/Dryer - They are located in the common hallway space. This amenity is shared among all guests in this apartment building. Please note that access is available through the front door. The code for entry will be provided prior to check-in.

PET POLICIES/GUIDELINES
- We accept dogs (max of 1), but do not accept cats.
- Pet fee is a one time fee per pet unless staying greater than 30 days
- To prevent damages, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring your own pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
- Whenever possible, please crate pets when not home.
- Please be sure your dog is on a leash at all times when outdoors and pick up all pet waste in the yard during your stay.
- Guests are required to sign Excapeaway’s Rental Agreement prior to the check-in.
- Dogs are allowed for a certain fee and should be communicated prior to us prior to check in. Limit 2 dogs.
- For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from burning candles in the home.
- Please place trash in garbage bags into the black cans in the front of the house which will be picked up weekly. Please do not throw loose trash in the cans.
- During the winter months, please help keep the deck clear of snow and ice. Shovels and sand are provided for all tenants and guests to use as needed. Please move vehicle when necessary for the driveway to be cleared of snow. Please note that refunds are not provided for weather-related events such as storms or power outages.
