The apartment was ok plenty of cooking utensils but alot of noise from garage adjacent from it. And alot of noise from one of the permanent neighbours washing machine going on to sometimes 1130 pm twice a week it needs leveling or something!when trying to sleep after work. Front door handle does not lock properly and you have to fiddle with it. Shame though as the owner/agent seems spot on with communication. If it wasn't for the noise i would give it 8.5 of 10.
