This hotel is wonderful! The room was clean, linens in great condition and bed comfortable. There's plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I never heard those staying next to my room!!! The view of Seneca Lake was so relaxing. I would stay here again.

Loved the balcony overlooking the lake! The restaurant is only open Wed-Fri so we missed that experience. Convenient to the places we wanted to go. The GM-Hayley- was helpful, friendly and laughed at all of our jokes! Very pleasant!

Nice hotel cabin style with balcony and views of Lake Seneca about 1 miles from downtown Glen Watkins; easy access and nice renovated rooms - there is a restaurant on site and check in is until 9 pm so one needs to make arrangements for late check in. Easy access to the famous state park and the gorge trail. Would stay again if in the area.

I loved our balcony but would have loved even more to be able to order coffee/breakfast to the room. I think room service would be a great service with the kitchen being upstairs.

Easy parking, nice little balcony with a lake front view, large community deck, courteous staff, recently renovated rooms. I would have given this hotel 5 stars across the board, but I noticed a couple of strands of womans hair on the bathroom floor, most likely from the previous occupant.

The individual private balconies facing the lake make this place special! We stayed in Room 113. The room was clean and updated. There was no daily room service so we had to go the front desk to request additional coffee pods, cups, and towels, but this wasn’t a big deal for us. It’s not walkable to anything except for the onsite restaurant, so you’ll need to get in your car to go anywhere. We did have breakfast at the onsite restaurant one day and it was good, with a great view.

Clean room with beautiful views to Seneca Lake with helpful staff from the front desk to the cleaning lady that we’ve met and the waitress at the restaurant. Sunrise was gorgeous from the back porch. Only ate breakfast there… food was decent with good portions. The bathroom could use an improvement ( shower door is only partway shielding the floor so it gets wet when one uses the shower) and no vent so the glass gets steamy. Otherwise we had a decent, enjoyable stay.

Stayed for 2 nights. The 2 room king was perfect as we had friends also staying at the hotel. After a day of visiting breweries, we were all able to get together and end the day hanging out in the living room. View of the lake was amazing and the location is perfect.
