Felt like staff was burdened as soon as I came into office for my room key. Just no pr skills.
To start guy said why didn’t you book with us instead of Expedia, because he didn’t make as much. I told him it was a him and them problem, not mine. Arrogant and entitled. Throughout my stay the room wa stately kept up. Coffee would be randomly filled. Kitchen had barely nothing to use. Worse than a dollar store can opener which didn’t work, they had given me a worse one than I had , minus the rust on it ! It might be more modern than other places in town but that made me want to downgrade on accommodations next time to avoid helping owners prosper who don’t care about the customers scenario. Plus a breakfast is supposed to be included, which it wasn’t. A lower budget place with people who care about their customers needs and stay, is where I would rather support and help them succeed:) Just remember to support good businesses and not bad ones like this!
