Clean hotel with friendly staff. Hot tub was closed for a portion of our stay. Lobby had a little bit of mildew smell but seemed very clean (maybe it was from the pool?) Room was spacious, clean and comfortable

I chose this hotel because it was rated high online. When I got here, everything looked dirty, the bed lumpy, room smelled, no air conditioning in the hallway. I was too tired to leave. Whoever rated this place as excellent is not used to excellent. I would say poor to below average.

The carpet in the room was very damp because of the humidity. There was brown long hair on the floor of the bathroom and on the bed. Outside it’s over grown with weeds and broken down spouts and broken drainage grates. Do not agree with the reviews online.

The breakfast was great. When I had an issue with WiFi, the staff helped fix it quickly. Everything was great. The only thing was that the whirlpool hot tub wasn’t working. There was nice hot water but the bubbling part wasn’t working.
