Located across from the pedestrian ocean access, Ireland Parish opens with good parking, a fish station, a park grill, a private concrete pool, furnished pool surround, a private hot tub, and a tiki bar with a half-fridge. The first level opens with a furnished game room with a full-size pool table, a TV, a sleeper sofa, a wet bar, a microwave, and deck access to the pool. A separate home theater room with a 106-inch movie screen and seating is also located on this level. The first-level bathroom has a full bath and shower. Level two has a washer/dryer nook. The first bedroom is an oceanside suite. The second bedroom has a TV, deck access, and a full bath with a step-in shower.

The third bedroom has a main bath with a shower. The hall bath has a tub/shower. The west-facing fourth bedroom has two twins, one with a trundle, and deck access. The West deck has a rope swing, a hammock, comfortable furniture, and super sunsets. The third level great room has tall cathedral ceilings, and a half bath. The living area has stylish resort-style furniture, a TV, and a stereo. Ireland Parish has large furnished east and west sundecks that catch every sunrise and sunset. The huge kitchen has a breakfast bar, an island with a wet-bar, and a computer station, and opens to the oceanfront dining area. A furnished tower getaway has a TV, sundecks, and postcard views of the sound, the ocean, and Waves village. Things to Know
The private pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.
This home is equipped with an exterior luggage lift to the second and third floors.
The pool water is heated via solar power, therefore the water temperature may vary as it is dependent on weather conditions and ambient air temperature. Solar pool heat does not need to be requested in advance.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
