The bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower, lighted makeup mirror and a hair dryer for convenience. All soaps and shampoos are plant based. Full Kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, Coffee, creamer & sugar provided, icemaker, washer/dryer and ironing board & Iron. With heating and AC, the house stays comfortable year-round. The Screened In sleeping porch allows all the quaint country sounds of crickets, insects and owls as well as a great cross breeze with ceiling fans. But if the heat and country air is too much, shut the doors and turn on the AC. Free off street and on street parking. Great safe neighborhood, late night walks encouraged.
