Mishap when we stayed my 77 yr old mom went to get in shower and the shower curtain rod fell off wall and hit her arm. The clerks were concerned maid knew about it too and said "again" . Other than that everything else was good. Breakfast staff was great and upbeat.

The bedroom was really big. We had a room with two beds and sofa bed, which had it's own TV. The space between beds was very spacious. I snore and my wife, who slept in the other bed for this reason,could not hear me I was so far away. The beds were very comfortable, but pillows were really small. We always bring our own pillows so it was not a big deal. The breakfast in the morning was not great. My wife had some scrambled eggs and went to take a bite, only to find a huge long grey hair in it. Ruined her appetite so she threw it away. Okay, she will get some coffee instead. The kitchen worker with the long grey was making herself cappuccino and used all the hot water in the only coffee machine that makes the coffee! One coffee maker for a whole hotel full of people! She wasn't the only one mad, the lady in front of her had words with the help who just quickly walked away. She should not had been using the guest coffee machine to begin with! Her comment was that we all just had to wait until it heated more coffee, while she walked off with drinking her own. So no breakfast for my wife, and now she is crabby. We had to be a the race track by 8:30 so we hurried up and packed and got out of there. There was a nice grocery store within walking distance if you forgot anything, and Culver's who has really good burgers and ice cream. Also gas station on the way out.

The place is beautiful because it’s brand new but be prepared to pay a huge deposit when you check in. Were old and was there for a wedding and they charged us $200.00 deposit

For a 9.0 rating this was awful. The entry floor was dirty, people were loud upstairs, yelling and jumping around until 2 AM, and this morning I found a pill bug in my bed and in the bathroom! Just terrible.

Meh it’s a Best Western so one can’t expect Waldorf amenities but the rate for their rooms doesn’t match its condition. Hotels in general have become nonsensically expensive but its properties like this that are not worth the asking. We needed a place for a wedding so accepted the cost but almost drove home 2 hours rather than stay the second night. Did it work..absolutely. Was it gross…kind of. Staff was great though!

Great job on how clean the hotel was! The service was excellent and very friendly! Pool was so nice! I can see the employees take pride in what they do and the young man that did breakfast while we were there well done he does an amazing job!
